The OEM process follows a structured path. First, define the buyer and market: tell us whether the project is for an existing golf brand, retailer, distributor, pro shop, course, academy, or qualified new brand. Include the intended sales channel and target customer.
Second, select the construction by comparing the 3-piece main program and 4-piece flagship upgrade. If the project does not yet have a clear specification, we can review the intended positioning before recommending a sample route.
Third, review logo and packaging artwork. The production team must review logo files, ball numbers, alignment marks, print position, packaging style, and quantity before confirming what can be produced.
Fourth, evaluate a sample. Physical sample availability, quantity, fees, shipping, and timing are confirmed after the model, customization scope, destination, and project details are reviewed. Bulk production should begin only after the relevant sample and artwork approvals are documented.
Fifth, follow production and quality checkpoints. The applicable checks depend on the model and order. They may include construction confirmation, weight, diameter, roundness, compression or hardness checks, print inspection, packaging inspection, and pre-shipment sampling. A test scope is not the same as a certification or guaranteed result.
Sixth, prepare delivery information. Delivery planning depends on quantity, packaging volume, destination, and shipping method. Exact timing is confirmed for the specific project rather than promised as a universal website number.
Finished packaging cases show actual execution of logo, ball, box, sleeve, and presentation concepts, but cannot prove universal availability of every material, color, or packaging format. Factory and process photos and videos show the relevant production or inspection step in that asset, but cannot prove ownership, capacity, certification, or performance unless separately documented.
