MetaSeal Golf offers sample orders for buyers who want to evaluate product quality before committing to bulk production. Samples allow you to verify ball feel, logo print quality, and packaging construction before approving the final specification for your bulk order.
Sample options are available for our 3-piece urethane golf ball (SupurNEWLING TOUR-PU) and 4-piece urethane golf ball models. Samples can be ordered with or without custom logo printing. Custom logo samples require artwork approval before production begins. Packaging samples (sleeve, dozen box) are available alongside ball samples.
To request a sample, share your project requirements with us: ball construction preference (3-piece or 4-piece urethane), logo artwork (if custom logo sample required), packaging type (sleeve, dozen box, or plain), destination country, and quantity. We will confirm sample availability, cost, and lead time after reviewing your requirements. Sample lead time is typically 7–14 days from artwork approval for custom logo samples, and 3–5 days for plain (unbranded) samples.
Sample costs vary depending on the model, customization level, and destination. Sample fees cover production, packaging, and shipping. Sample fees are non-refundable. Credit terms for buyers who proceed to bulk production are confirmed in writing during the project review stage. Exact sample costs are confirmed after the project requirements are reviewed.
Once you have evaluated the sample and approved the specification, the next step is to confirm the bulk order details: quantity, delivery schedule, payment terms, and shipping arrangements.
