MOQ for Custom Urethane Golf Balls: What You Need to Know

Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one of the first questions buyers ask when starting a private-label golf ball program. The answer is not a single number — it depends on the ball model, logo complexity, packaging type, whether you want to mix models or packaging options, and your overall order plan. This guide explains how MOQ works for our urethane golf ball OEM programs.

Starting MOQ: 2,000 Pieces

MOQ for our urethane golf ball programs can start from 2,000 pieces. At 12 balls per dozen, 2,000 pieces is approximately 167 dozen — a practical starting quantity for a new private-label program. This applies to both the 3-piece and 4-piece urethane models.

The 2,000-piece starting MOQ is subject to confirmation based on your specific requirements. Logo complexity, packaging type, and delivery schedule can affect the minimum. We will confirm the exact MOQ for your project during the initial review.

MOQ can start from 2,000 pcs, depending on model, logo, packaging, mixed options, and order plan. Exact MOQ is confirmed during project review.

Samples Before You Commit

Before placing a production order, we recommend requesting a sample set to evaluate the ball. Sample options are available for project evaluation. Sample quantity, customization, cost, shipping, and timing are confirmed after the model and destination are reviewed.

Sample balls are the same production specification as the OEM program balls. You can evaluate feel, compression, and general performance before committing to a production order. If you want to evaluate both the 3-piece and 4-piece models, we can send samples of both.

Planning Your First Order

For a first private-label program, we recommend starting with a single ball model and a single packaging format — typically the 3-piece urethane ball with sleeve box packaging. This keeps the project scope manageable and allows you to test the market before expanding the line.

Once you have established your program and have a sense of sell-through velocity, you can add the 4-piece model as a premium option, introduce dozen box packaging, or develop a seasonal gift box variant. Most successful private-label programs start simple and expand based on actual market feedback.

Pricing and Lead Time

Pricing is prepared after your model, quantity, printing, packaging, and delivery requirements are confirmed. We do not publish fixed price lists because the cost depends on too many project-specific variables to be meaningful without context.

To get an indicative cost range for your program, contact us with your ball model preference, estimated order quantity, packaging direction, and target delivery date. We will prepare a project summary for your review.
