MetaSeal Golf's custom golf ball MOQ can start from 2,000 pieces. The final order plan depends on the ball model, logo requirements, packaging, requested variations, and the buyer's project plan. The 2,000-piece starting point is a project-review threshold, not an unconditional promise for every combination.
A useful first-order review starts with five inputs: the intended construction such as a 3-piece or 4-piece urethane model; the estimated total quantity; the number of logo, color, or ball-number variations; whether standard or custom retail packaging is required; and the target market, sales channel, and planned order timing. These inputs help determine whether the requested configuration can be produced as one practical program or needs to be simplified.
An order using one model, one approved logo, and one packaging format is different from an order split across multiple constructions, colors, logos, or boxes. Each extra variation can create separate artwork, sampling, production-control, and packaging requirements. Buyers should not compare MOQ numbers without comparing the exact project scope behind them.
For most buyers, the first decision is not simply "What is the lowest quantity?" It is "Which product and packaging plan can be launched, evaluated, and reordered consistently?" A 3-piece urethane model is often the practical main SKU for brands seeking a balance of performance positioning and first-order planning. A 4-piece model can be reviewed as a flagship or upgrade SKU where the target market supports a more differentiated product story. See 3-Piece Urethane Program and 4-Piece Urethane Program for construction details.
MetaSeal does not treat 2,000 pieces as a guarantee for every model mix, packaging format, or artwork plan. Prices, sample terms, shipping, final quantities, and production timing are confirmed only after the relevant project information has been reviewed. This applies equally to first orders and repeat orders.
Tell us your target model, quantity, logo plan, packaging requirement, and sales channel. We will review whether the proposed first order is practical and identify any information still needed.
