Mixed-model orders are reviewed case by case. MetaSeal's custom golf ball MOQ can start from 2,000 pieces, but that starting point does not mean every 2,000-piece order can be divided freely across different constructions, colors, logos, or packaging formats.
A 3-piece urethane ball and a 4-piece urethane ball are different products. They may require separate model confirmation, sampling, production control, evidence references, and retail positioning. A mixed order can therefore create more than one production and approval path even if the total quantity appears sufficient. Buyers should not assume that a combined quantity automatically satisfies the MOQ for each individual model.
The review should also identify the number of logo variations; ball colors and number combinations; alignment-line variations; packaging formats and artwork versions; quantity allocated to each SKU; and whether each variation will be reordered. Provide a simple table listing each requested model, quantity, logo, ball color, number range, and packaging format. Also explain which SKU is intended as the main product and which is a flagship, channel-specific, or test item. This information allows the project team to identify whether the proposed split is practical and what additional information is needed before a quotation can be prepared.
Where a proposed split is too complex, the practical solution may be to launch one main SKU first, complete sample and market evaluation, and add the second model in a later controlled order. MetaSeal does not promise that models or variations can be mixed within a particular MOQ until the full configuration and order plan have been reviewed.
