MetaSeal Golf provides buyer protection through our Safe Sourcing policy, which covers payment security, quality inspection, and dispute resolution. This page explains the protections available to buyers who order through MetaSeal Golf.
MetaSeal Golf supports Trade Assurance payment options for buyers who require additional payment security. Trade Assurance provides protection against non-delivery and quality disputes. We also accept standard bank transfer (T/T) for established buyers. Payment terms are confirmed in writing before production begins. No production begins until the deposit is received and all four pre-production conditions are met: artwork approval, specification confirmation, payment terms agreed, and production schedule confirmation.
MetaSeal Golf coordinates multi-stage quality inspection for all orders. Inspection stages include: incoming raw material inspection, in-process production inspection, pre-shipment final inspection, and packaging integrity check. Pre-shipment inspection reports are available on request. For high-value orders, we recommend arranging an independent third-party inspection through an accredited inspection company.
We recommend starting with a sample order before committing to bulk production. Samples allow you to evaluate ball feel, logo print quality, and packaging construction before approving the final specification. Sample approval is required before bulk production begins. Changes to the approved specification after bulk production begins may affect lead time and cost.
All quality disputes must be raised within 30 days of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence. MetaSeal Golf reviews all disputes and works to resolve them through direct negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation are referred to the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
MetaSeal Golf's safe sourcing policy is designed to give buyers confidence when placing their first OEM order with a new supplier. Our goal is to make the process transparent and verifiable at every stage, from factory documentation through to pre-shipment inspection.
