A 3-piece urethane ball has three layers: core, mantle, and urethane cover. A 4-piece urethane ball has four layers: inner core, outer core, mantle, and urethane cover. The 4-piece construction adds a layer of complexity intended to provide a more differentiated response across club types. Yes. We recommend starting with a sample order before committing to bulk production. Samples allow you to evaluate ball feel, logo print quality, and packaging construction. Sample lead time is typically 7–14 days from artwork approval. See our Sample Order page for details.
Full logo, ball-number, and alignment-line customization is available. Logo printing via pad printing (standard) or stamping (metallic finishes).
