Use this checklist before requesting a quotation or project recommendation. A complete brief reduces repeated questions and helps separate product decisions from commercial terms that still require review.
Prepare the following business inputs: company or brand name; website or current sales channel where available; buyer type such as brand, retailer, distributor, pro shop, golf facility, or qualified new project; target market and customer; and current golf-product experience. These inputs help the project team understand the commercial context before recommending a model or sample route.
Confirm your product direction inputs: preferred construction such as 3-piece urethane, 4-piece urethane, or both for comparison; intended role such as main retail SKU, flagship SKU, promotional program, or product-line extension; any approved internal SKU or reference sample; and required color, ball numbers, and alignment line. Prepare your branding inputs: vector logo file where possible; number of logo variations; preferred print position and color reference; brand-use permission for all submitted artwork; and the person responsible for approving the proof. Vector files in AI, EPS, or SVG format are preferred. Raster files may be accepted depending on resolution and print method, but vector is the standard for golf ball logo printing.
Confirm your packaging inputs: sleeve, dozen box, gift box, or other retail format; packaging reference or dieline if available; barcode and label-content requirements; printed inserts or other components; and outer-carton marking requirements. Packaging format affects MOQ, lead time, and artwork approval steps. Confirm the format before requesting a quotation.
